The Perkins girls golf team battled through a competitive Shootout against Clyde, Bellevue, and St. Paul, finishing 2nd place with a team score of 186 — just one point behind the winning team. Ireland Hart led the way for the Pirates, shooting an impressive 38 to finish 2nd individually. Maycee Bohn and Elsie Link each carded a 49 to tie for 6th, while Aubrey Ransom shot 50 for 8th. Tatum Koch finished with a 51 for 9th, followed by Lucy Miller with a 52 for 10th and Maggy Boggs with a 64 for 18th. The Pirates came just one point shy of taking the top spot, showing how competitive the team is as the season continues to heat up nearing the postseason.
