The Perkins girls cross country team was represented by three seniors at the Stars, Stripes and Lights Night Race, with Lillie Price, Ella Mischler, and Julia Cooley taking on a field of 221 runners. Lillie Price led the way for the Pirates, finishing 42nd overall and in the top 25% of the field. All three Perkins runners turned in faster times than they did on the same course just two weeks ago, showing impressive improvement. With three seniors representing Perkins, the Pirates made the most of the opportunity, putting together strong performances while continuing to lower their times late in the season.
