The Perkins Varsity Volleyball team delivered a dominant performance against Lexington, sweeping the Minutemen in three straight sets, 25-10, 25-19 and 25-12. The Pirates came out strong and controlled the match from the opening serve. Reese Schaefer led the Perkins attack with eight kills and one block while posting a team-best .583 hitting percentage. Braelyn Davie helped keep the offense moving with 23 assists, along with three aces and three digs. Addi Mason served as a major weapon from the service line, recording eight aces on 24 serves, while also adding four kills and four digs. Brooklyn Cassidy led the team with 10 kills and contributed two blocks and eight digs as Perkins maintained control throughout all three sets. The Pirates' balanced attack and strong serving helped them secure a convincing sweep and continue their strong start to the season.
