SANDUSKY, Ohio — The Perkins boys soccer team defended their home turf Monday night, securing a hard-fought 2-1 victory over non-conference rival Elyria Catholic on August 19. Titus Normington-Slay and Ryley Miller each scored a goal for the Pirates in the victory. Junior Danny Buga had 10 saves during the game. The Pirates move to 1-1 on the season and host Fremont Ross on Monday.
