SANDUSKY, Ohio — The Perkins High School boys golf team delivered a strong team performance at Woussickett Golf Course, posting a team score of 164 to take second place in a six-team field that included Vermilion, Huron, Norwalk, Edison, and Tiffin Columbian. Leading the charge for the Pirates was Kyle Schaefer, who shot a team-best 38 on the afternoon. Schaefer finished 3rd individually out of 38 golfers. Ian Krecic posted a 40, while Colton Kelley added a 42 to round out the top scores for the squad. The Varsity Pirates are back in action on Monday at Maumee Bay for the first NOC Tournament.
